After a lot of looking and several unsuccessful bids on eBay, I finally located a truck in Ohio that I agreed to purchase. We've all had days that are exciting and yet cause some anxiety and dread. That's how I felt when I turned off the alarm well before daylight. I'll drive to Ohio where I will load this project and drive back home. It'll be about a 15 hour turn around if all goes well.
After a long day and a few wrong turns, I made it home. Early the next morning I roll her off the truck and connect the battery charger. I also spray the hood with hotrod black primer.
Not a "basket case" as I've been known to purchase, but it will take a lot of work to restore.
Still, I think she's beautiful!
